At Box Menswear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fit; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are unworn and in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear must be returned in its original, unopened heat-sealed pouch.

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

Ship the Package

Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
